At Chris King Precision Components, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and offer a 45-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to ensure your experience is as smooth as our bearings.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our Portland facility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your components in their original retail packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with a trackable service, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the product for quality assurance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
